Chesterton 412-W
Chesterton 412-W combines the newly developed synthetic composite yarn with
specially formulated lubricant breakers. The continuous filament center provides ten
times the tensile strength of a typical packaging fiber. The fibrous cover allows 412-W
to absorb twice the PTFE inhibiting agent from conventional packaging. Chesterton
Interbraid construction helps prevent the migration of blocking agents so that 412-W
maintain density to prevent axes throughout the service life. 412-W too
combining pure colloidal lubricant to prevent failure at start-up and
maintain continuous lubrication during the break-in process.
